More Refined...
I decided to crop it a little bit, I fixed the demon dolphin, and after much tears and pain, i repainted my character again because she was just plain U.G.L.Y.....I also went back and did more line work. Nit Picky Time!
I really like the new character a lot better than the last one and the dolphins are more pleasant as well. I don't like the outline and really miss the colors in the foreground. It feels like the painting is too loose as well... even more now that you added the outline. The dolphins in the back should be more playful, overall it still needs a little more pop.
